


Women's One Time Percentage Based Exercise Program for Competitors
An exercise program catered to the main movements you choose, with specific weight targets for those main movements each week. Week 1 always requires a testing week to establish estimated 1RM for programming purposes, then the remainder of the program will have all weight goals. These programs last anywhere from 6-8weeks of programmed numbers (not including testing week). All programs are written by Stephen Beaugrand personally.

Testing weeks should be submitted as soon as possible to ensure the program to be delivered in a timely manner. Normal business hours applicable M-F Eastern time.
